We are truly sorry to anyone who believes they are purchasing our platforms and might receive a subpar unit, or not receive units they have paid for upfront in a timely manner or at all.
We hate to take action such as this notice for the internet, but in the past few weeks, we have been called by many people who find our internet website and think that because we are JD’s Company LLC, of Decorah and he is calling his company, JD Company of Decorah that we are one and the same, we are not.
JD’s Company, LLC is the original builder of work platforms, ladder racks, wall lifts and brackets. We build in our shop, we do not farm out our business and we deliver our units on the date we promise the customer. We do not take payments upfront, unless the units are going to Canada or they are extremely unique. If you have dealt with Mr. Dansdill and JD Company and found his business practice to be shoddy, we would like to hear from you. We are in talks with the county prosecutor and it could be helpful to hear from anyone he has taken advantage of.
